These terms govern access to Client Hunter, a private outreach and email-management workspace operated by MMS Studio. By using the application, the owner agrees to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and provider policies.
Authorized use
The application is intended for the authorized owner and clients or automated agents to whom the owner deliberately grants scoped access. Credentials, recovery codes, direct connector URLs, and tokens must be protected and may not be shared with unauthorized parties.
Email and outreach responsibility
The owner is responsible for recipients, message content, consent, suppression choices, sending limits, and compliance with email, privacy, anti-spam, and consumer-protection requirements. Client Hunter provides review, scheduling, synchronization, and delivery controls; it does not determine whether a particular communication is legally permitted.
Google and third-party services
Gmail, hosting, database, email delivery, Telegram, browser extensions, and AI integrations are provided by independent services. Their availability and account rules may affect Client Hunter. Connecting a service authorizes the application to perform only the functions shown in its consent and settings flow.
AI and MCP clients
The owner controls MCP scopes granted to AI clients. An AI client must have its own Gmail capability before using Gmail bridge tools and must not claim access it does not possess. Actions performed with an active owner-issued token are treated as authorized by the token’s configured permissions. High-privilege sending access should be granted only when required and revoked when no longer needed.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, suspended, or changed to maintain security, reliability, provider compatibility, or functionality. Scheduled automation and external delivery can fail, so important sends and synchronization results should be reviewed in the dashboard and relevant provider.
Termination
The owner may stop using the service, disconnect integrations, and revoke access at any time. MMS Studio may disable access that threatens the service, connected accounts, recipients, or third parties.
